Alejandro Renteria.
Born in Havana, Cuba, into a family of performing artists, Alejandro embarked on his creative journey at an early age. At ten, his family relocated to Caracas, Venezuela, where he immersed himself in the vibrant world of theatre and performing arts. Upon immigrating to the United States in 2002, Alejandro settled in Miami, continuing his education in cinematography while honing his skills as a Visual Storyteller.
Soon after, he founded Thinking Monkeys Films, a production company that served as the conduit for his creative vision. Under its banner, Alejandro directed and produced over 30 commercial spots tailored for the USA Hispanic market, spearheaded more than 900 projects for governmental and corporate entities over the past decade, and contributed to numerous television and film endeavors.
His directorial debut, "Objetos de Deseo," has garnered widespread acclaim, earning accolades such as the Envision Award(Spain) and Best Cinematography(Canada). Moreover, his adept direction has facilitated wins for his actors in both the USA and Spain, solidifying Alejandro's status as a promising film director.

Nacido en La Habana, Cuba, de una casta de actores, Alejandro inició su viaje creativo desde temprana edad. A los diez años, su familia se trasladó a Caracas, Venezuela, donde se sumergió en el vibrante mundo del teatro y las artes escénicas. Al emigrar a los Estados Unidos en 2002, Alejandro se estableció en Miami, continuando su formación en cinematografía mientras pulía sus habilidades como Narrador Visual.
Poco después, fundó Thinking Monkeys Films, una compañía de producción que sirvió como el canal para su visión creativa. Bajo su estandarte, Alejandro dirigió y produjo más de 30 comerciales adaptados para el mercado hispano de Estados Unidos, lideró más de 900 proyectos para entidades gubernamentales y corporativas durante la última década, y contribuyó a numerosos esfuerzos televisivos y cinematográficos.
Su debut como director, "Objetos de Deseo", ha cosechado amplio reconocimiento, obteniendo galardones como el Premio Envision y el de Mejor Cinematografía en Canadá. Además, su hábil dirección ha facilitado triunfos para sus actores tanto en Estados Unidos como en España, consolidando el estatus de Alejandro como un prometedor director de cine.
